甜菜碱与三种抗球虫药配伍的增效比较试验

摘　　要：为研究甜菜碱与抗球虫药物配伍抗球虫病的增效作用,进行了疗效比较试验。用甜菜碱(8×104)分别与球安(125×106)、加福(5×105)和球佳(1×106)配伍的3组药物拌入饲料,治疗人工感染E.tenella的鸡,结果各组的平均体增重分别为83.6g、61g和37.5g;盲肠病变值为5.8、8.0和10;ACI为193.7、158.35和126.875。而单用球安、加福和球佳拌料喂的鸡平均体增重分别为82.6g、42g和74g;盲肠病变值8.75、13.25和6.75;ACI为189.375、99.75和180.75。试验表明:甜菜碱加聚醚类抗球虫药组的平均体增重和ACI值均高于单用药组,尤其甜菜碱加加福组增效显著,但甜菜碱加球佳组疗效却降低。The efficacy comparative testwas conducted to study the increased efficacy by combining Betaine with different anticoccidialdrugs.Betaine( 8× 1 0 4 ) ,respectively combined with Avatec( 1 2 5× 1 0 6 ,Lasalocide) ,Cygro ( 5× 1 0 6 ,Maduramycin) and Qiujia( 1× 1 0 6 ,Diclazuril) ,was mixed into feeds to treatchicken artificially infected with E.tenella,which resulted in the average body increaseof83.6 g,6 1 g and 37.5 g respectively.Lesion scores5 .8,8.0 and 1 0 ,and ACI1 93.7,1 5 8.35 and 1 2 6 .875 . in betaine+ Avatec、betaine+ Cygro and betaine+ Qiujia group,respectively.compared with Avatec、Cygro and Qiujia group,the weightgain82 .6 g、4 2 g and74 g perbird.Lesion scores8.75、1 3.2 5 and6 .75 ,and ACI1 89.37,99.2 5 and1 80 .75 .Theresulesin dicated thatbetaine obviously increased anticoccidialactivities of Avatec and Cygro,and decreased the activity of Qiujia.
