PHA复方制剂对鸡新城疫疫苗的免疫增强作用

摘　　要：PHA复方制剂由植物血凝素(PHA)为主药组成,为探讨其对鸡新城疫(ND)疫苗的免疫增强作用,将复方制剂按体重0.05、0.2和0.3 g.kg-1三个剂量灌服,对Lasota疫苗免疫鸡ND的抗体效价、免疫球蛋白、血液中T淋巴细胞进行检测,攻毒后计算攻毒保护率。结果表明,PHA复方制剂0.05、0.2 g.kg-1组可显著提高抗体、IgG和IgA(P<0.05),提高血中T淋巴细胞数(P<0.05)和攻毒保护率,显示PHA复方制剂对ND疫苗有免疫增强作用及免疫保护作用。The pharmacodynamics experiment of immunity enhancement to ND about the preparation to be explored, the compound preparation were gavaged at doses of 0.05, 0.2, 0.3 g. kg^-1 which were composed with PHA, the antibody titer, immune globulin and blood T lymphocyte number were detected to chicken in different days. The results showed that the compound preparation could significant improve the serum antibodies level and the concentration of IgG, IgA （P〈0.05）, and it could increase blood T lymphocyte number and have good protection to the virus infection（P〈0.05）. It suggested the compound preparation had immunity enhancement function to ND vaccine and had enhancement function of immune protection.
