尼罗罗非鱼致病性嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验  被引量:11

摘  要:从自然患病的尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)肝脏组织分离出2株细菌,命名为M-O1和M-02。用M-O1和M-02分别在实验室人工感染健康的尼罗罗非鱼,被感染鱼3周内全部死亡,且患病症状与自然发病症状一致。从被感染的鱼体中分离得到2株类似细菌(分别命名为W-01、W-02),说明分离的菌株为本次尼罗罗非鱼出血性败血症的病原菌。通过生理生化方法进行种属鉴定,确认以上分离到的4株细菌均为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonaz hydrophila),分别命名为M-O1、M-02、W-01、W-02。用19种常见药物对上述菌株进行药敏试验,4菌株对丁胺卡那、氟哌酸、庆大霉素、链霉素、恩诺沙星、新霉素、氟罗沙星和复方新诺明极为敏感;对氧哌嗪青霉素、利福平、麦迪霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素和阿奇霉素敏感,对羧苄青霉素、头孢噻吩、先锋霉素、氨苄青霉素和林可霉素为不敏感。In this study, we isolated two bacterial strains, M-O1 and M-O2 from liver of seriously diseased Oreochromis niloticus. The two bacterial strains M-O1 and M-O2 were used to infect healthy Oreochromis niloticus, all infected fish died in three weeks, and the symptoms of the infected fish were consistent with the natural diseased fish. The results showed that M-O1 and M-O2 were the right sepsis pathogens. The two bacterial strains isolated from the infected fish were named as W-O1 and W-O2. We confirmed these four bacterial strains were Aeromonas hydrophil by species identification experiment with physiological and biochemical methods. Susceptibility testing showed that, among 19 common antibiotics, amikacin, norfloxacin, gentamicin, streptomycin, enrofloxacin, neomycin, fleroxacin and sinomin compositea, had significant inhibition on the four bacterial strains.
