海南莎草属植物资源调查及饲用价值评价

摘　　要：对分布在海南岛的莎草科莎草属牧草资源进行调查、收集与整理,共收集到莎草属植物22种和3变种,其中收集《海南植物志》中未记载的有1种;对调查和收集的16种莎草属牧草的营养价值进行分析,并通过隶属函数法对所有供试材料进行综合评价。结果表明:畦畔莎草的营养价值最优,其次是绿穗莎草、红翅莎草和细茎莎草,这些牧草的营养价值、综合能力较高,具有一定的开发利用价值,此研究为莎草属资源的开发利用提供理论参考。The survey and collection of Cyperus genus resources to Hainan Island was completed. A total of 22 species and 3 varieties were collected, of which 1 species was not recorded in flora of Hainan and the chemical components and nutritional values of 16 species were assessed. By subject function method, the nutritional value of Cyperus haspan Linn.-Cyperus halptm Linn. is the best, followed by Cyperus fuscus f. pallescens, Cyperus pangorei and Cyperus tenuiculmis. These resources had high value of development and utilization. The study could provide certain theory reference for Cyperus genus resource usage.
