摘 要:介绍花粉管通道法的创立与发展、转化方法与转化机理,综述应用此方法在主要农作物育种中所取得的最新研究进展,并探讨该技术在运用中存在的主要问题和应用前景。The pollen-tube pathway is one of the methods in genetic transformation of plants, and the transgenic technology has been successfully implemented in many crops since it was founded by Chinese scholars in the 70s. A brief introduction of the advances in the study of pollen-tube pathway of plants, including the establishment of the technology and development, transformation methods and the mechanism, technical advantages and disadvantages, and the latest research progress in crop variety improvement, was summarized in this article. The prospects were also put forward.
