女子竞技武术套路后备人才的培养:以河南省运会为例

摘　　要：为加强河南省女子竞技武术后备人才的培养,采用文献资料研究和逻辑分析的方法,从人才培养的视角出发,对河南省第10届、11届运动会武术套路比赛进行对比分析。结果显示:河南省女子竞技武术套路后备力量不足且发展不均衡;动作难度和演练技巧有不同程度提高,但动作质量不够细腻和规范;竞技武术套路项目布局各具特色,资源优势没有充分利用。In order to strengthen Henan woman Competitive martial arts talents training, with literature review method and logical analysis, from the perspective of cultivation on reserve talents, this paper makes a comparative analysis on martial arts routine＇s competition in 10th and 11th Henan Provincial Games. The results show the inadequacy and unbalanced development of women competitive martial arts reserve forces in Henan. The athletes have improved their difficulty of the movements and performing skills to a certain level, but the quality of their movements are not delicate or normative; the layout of competitive martial arts program is separately characteristic, while the resources superiority has not been fully used.
