摘 要:甲状腺激素(thyroid hormone,TH)对骨代谢有调节作用,不仅影响骨骼生长、发育和成熟,还影响骨重建。部分甲状腺疾病,如甲亢、甲减,因循环中甲状腺激素水平异常,影响骨的正常代谢,导致骨质疏松和骨折风险增加;促甲状腺激素的外源性抑制治疗对骨代谢亦存在不利影响,尤其对绝经后妇女,应定期追踪骨密度变化,审慎调整用药剂量。Thyroid hormones(THs) can accommodate the metabolism of bone.They can not only influence the process of growth,development and maturation of bone,but also influence bone remodeling cycle.Some of THs thyroid diseases,such as hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism,with the abnormality of circulating THs interfere in normal bone metabolism,give rise to osteoporosis and increase the risk of fracture.The exogenous thyrotropin-suppressive therapy also has harmful effects on bone metabolism,especially for postmenopausal women.Therefore,clininians should follow up the changes of bone mineral density regularly and adjust drug dose carefully.
