摘　　要：目的研究海南汉族人头面部观察指标出现率随年龄增长而变化的规律。方法在海南琼海市和万宁市的城市和乡村调查了汉族643例(男为334例,女为309例)成人16项头面部观察指标出现率,对海南汉族头面部观察指标出现率的年龄变化进行了初步分析。结果随年龄增长,海南汉族有蒙古褶率明显下降,眼裂变窄,耳垂圆形率增长,眼色变浅,上唇皮肤部高度低型率下降而高型率上升,鼻翼宽的中等型率下降而宽阔型率上升。结论海南汉族人头面部观察指标出现率随年龄增长呈现一定的变化规律。Objective To study morphologic features of head and face with the increasing age. Methods Sixteen physical indices of head and face from 643 Han adults （1334 males and 309 females） were investigated in Qionghai and Wanning,s county of Hainan. Age-related morphological characteristics of head and face were analyzed preliminarily. Ros＇ults With the increasing age, the rate of mongoloid fold decreased obviously, the direction of eyeslits narrowed down, the rate of round lobe types increased, the eye color grew lighter, small-sized upper lip skin height decreased and large-sized increased, medium-sized breadth of alae nasi decreased and wide-sized increased. Conclusions The head-face morphological characters appeared in Hainan Han with the increasing age.
