复方氟米松软膏对慢性变应性接触性皮炎模型鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方氟米松软膏治疗小鼠慢性变应性接触性皮炎的疗效及机制。方法用0.5%2,4二硝基氯苯(DNCB)制备小鼠慢性变应性接触性皮炎模型40只,随机分为治疗组(复方氟米松软膏)、治对照组(地塞米松)、空白对照组(模型组)和对照组(冷霜)。除空白对照组外,余三组在小鼠背部均匀涂抹实验药物,2次/d,连续2周。观察各组干预后皮肤组织病理及组织IL-4水平。结果复方氟米松治疗组小鼠较对照组皮损处角质层明显变薄,表皮厚度恢复正常;炎症细胞明显减少,IL-4含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性变应性接触性皮炎,具有一定的效果,其机制可能与下调局部皮损炎性因子有关。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and the mechanism of compound flumetasone ointment on allergic contact dermatitis of mouse model. Methods Forty mouse model that were made by 0.5 % DNCB, were ran- domly divided into 4 groups ： the treatment group with compound flumetasone ointment; the treatment group with dexamethasone cream;the control group with cold cream and the blank control group. The histopatholog- ical differences of skin after administration were observed, and the level of IL-4 in tissues was detected by ELISA. Results In the compound flumetasone ointment treatment group,the horny layer of the skin became thinner, epidermal thickness restituted, and infiltrated inflammatory cells and the level of IL-4 significantly re- duced （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of compound flumetasone ointment for treating allergic contact dermatitis is distinct. Its curative effect may be related to its reducing the inflammatory cytokine in the skin lesion.
