摘 要:目的:探讨加味圣愈汤对血虚模型小鼠和气虚模型小鼠的影响。方法:制备血虚和气虚模型小鼠并灌胃加味圣愈汤高、中、低剂量(分别为1.05、0.53、0.265g/kg),检测血虚小鼠外周血RBC、HGB、网织红细胞比率(Ret)和气虚小鼠自发活动、抗应激能力。结果:加味圣愈汤0.265、0.53、1.05g/kg可明显提高急性失血性血虚小鼠RBC、HGB水平和乙酰苯肼致溶血性血虚小鼠RBC水平,0.53、0.265g/kg亦明显降低急性失血性血虚小鼠外周血Ret;0.53、1.05g/kg可增加限食法气虚证小鼠3min内自发活动次数和延长抗应激小鼠断头喘气时间,1.05g/kg还能明显延长限失法气虚证小鼠负重游泳时间和升高抗应激小鼠耐低温存活率。结论:加味圣愈汤0.265、0.53、1.05g/kg灌胃能改善血虚小鼠的血虚状态和气虚小鼠的应激状态,具有养血益气作用。To study the effects of modified Shengyu Decoction on blood-deficient models and Qi-deficient models. Methods: Animal models of blood-deficient mice and Qi-deficient were established and administered with modified Shengyu Decoction at doses of 1.06, 0.53, O. 265g/kg respectively. Contents of RBC and HGB in blood were detected for two blood-deficient models; autonomic activities and anti-stress related abilities were measured for Qi-deficient mice. Results: After administration with modified Shengyu Decoction0.265, 0.53, 1.05g/ kg, the contents of RBC and HGB in blood-deficient mice due to acute bleeding and RBC in blood-deficient mice caused by acetylphenyl- hydrazine (APH) - induced haemolyticus significantly increased and the dosages of 0.53, 1.05g/kg also decreased the rate of reticulocyte (Ret) in acute bleeding-caused blood-deficient mice. For Qi-deficient mice, the dosages of 0.53 1.05g/kg significantly improved autonomic activities for food-limited Qi deficient mice and prolonged breathing duration after sudden decapitation for stress mice; moreover, 1.05g/kg sharply prolonged time of weight loading swimming for food-limited Qi deficient mice and elevated survival rate in low temperature surround- ings for stress mice. Conclusion: Modified Shengyu Decoction with dosages of 0.265, 0.53, 1.05g/kg can markedly improve hemopenia for blood-deficient mice and anti-stress abilities for Qi-deficient mice, which indicates that it has effects of nourishing blood and Qi.
