摘  要:目的:三叶香茶菜根茎对BCG+LPS所致肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法:采用BCG+LPS诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,观察三叶香茶菜根茎对小鼠血清ALT水平的影响,并观察肝组织的病理变化;计算小鼠脾脏和胸腺体重系数,检测血清T-SOD,MDA、TNF-α、IL-6水平,探讨三叶香茶菜保肝作用机制。结果:三叶香茶菜根茎150和100g/kg(以生药量计)对BCG+LPS诱导的免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT水平具有显著抑制作用,明显减轻肝组织病理损;治疗组小鼠血清T-SOD活力(P<0.05)显著高于肝损伤模组,MDA和IL-6水平均显著低于肝损伤模型组(P<0.05)。结论:三叶香茶菜根茎对免疫性肝损伤具有一定保护作用,机制可能是提高机体的SOD水平,实现清除自由基等抗氧化功能,从而保护生物膜,通过免疫调节作用,下调IL-6等的水平,使免疫炎症反应不会过度,从而减轻机体的免疫炎症损伤,保护肝细胞。To study on the protective effect and to investigate the mechanism of the roots of the Isodonis ternifoliae on immune liver in- jury in mice induced by BCG + LPS in order to supply trust worthy basis. Methods: The experimental liver injury model induced by BCG + LPS in mice was applied to observe the effect and the mechanism of the roots of the Herba isodonis ternifoliae on immune liver injury. The ac- tivities of ALT in serum and the pathological damages of liver in the mice were observed. The levels of T-SOD, MDA, TNF-α and IL-6 in se- rum of mice were detected. Results: The roots of the Herba isodonis teruifoliae could markedly inhibit the activities of ALT and the levels of MDA, IL-6 ( P 〈 0.05 ), could increased the activities of T-SOD ( P 〈 0.05 ) in blood serum of mice whose livers injured by BCG + LPS, and could markedly release liver tissue injury. Conclusions : The protective effect of the cultivated Herba isodonis teruifoliae on experimental liver injury induced BCG + LPS in mice is significant. The mechanism of the protective effect on injured hver of the Herba isodonis teruifoliae may- be due to its anti-lipid peroxidatuon and adjusting immune action, including decreasing the levels of MDA ( P 〈 0.05 ), increasing the activi- ties of T-SOD ( P 〈 0.05), adjusting the levels of, TNF-α, IL-6 in blood serum of mice.
