摘 要:目的:研究疏肝利胆颗粒对急性胰腺炎大鼠的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、疏肝利胆颗粒低剂量(3g/kg)组、中剂量(6g/kg)组、高剂量(12g/kg)组。灌胃给予相对应剂量的药物,每天1次连续灌胃给药10d,正常组与模型组给予等量的生理盐水。造模前禁食12h,自由饮水。末次灌胃给药后1h,除正常组外,其余各组大鼠每次按1.5g/kg腹腔注射6%左旋精氨酸(L-Arginine,L-Arg),共3次,每次间隔1h,诱导急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)大鼠模型。末次腹腔注射给药后12h处置动物,分光光度法测定一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)、诱生性NO合成酶(inducible ni-tric oxide synthase,iNOS)、淀粉酶(amylase,AMS)的含量;放免法检测血清白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1和IL-6的含量;HE染色法检查胰腺组织病理学改变。结果:与模型组相比,疏肝利胆颗粒中、高剂量(6g/kg、12g/kg)组血清中NO、NOS、iNOS、AMS、IL-1和IL-6的含量明显降低,胰腺组织损伤程度明显减轻。结论:疏肝利胆颗粒对急性胰腺炎大鼠有一定的保护作用。To study Shuganlidan Particles o~ acute pancreatitis in rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Shuganlidan particle (3,6,12g/kg) group. Shuganlidan was used daily intragastric administration, once a day for 10 days. Af- ter the last ig 1 h, except the normal group, the remaining rats were injected intraperitoneally 6% by L-Ar for three times, each time interval l h, induction of AP. After end ig gives the medicine, 12h handling animal. NO, NOS, iNOS, AMS content were determinate by absorption spectrometry; HE staining method for detecting pathological changes of pancreas and radioimmunoassay of serum IL-1 and IL-6. Results: Compared with model group, Shuganlidan Particle(6g/kg, 12g/kg) group HE showed histopathological damage reduced significantly; serum NO, NOS, iNOS ,AMS, IL-1 and IL-6 decreased significantly. Conclusion: Shuganlidan Particles has the protective effects of acute pancrea- titis in rats.
