摘 要:目的:研究高良姜的血清药物化学。方法:在建立高良姜高效液相指纹图谱的基础上,通过比较高良姜给药与未给药大鼠血清的HPLC指纹图谱,分析入血成分,进一步对原药材进行分离纯化,富集入血成分,进行结构鉴定。结果:有1个原型入血成分,确认高良姜素为高良姜入血成分。结论:高良姜素可能为高良姜的直接作用物质和药效物质基础。To study the serum pharmaeochemistry of Alpinia offieinarum Hance. Method: Based upon the established HPLC fingerprint of Alpinia officinarum Hance, analysis and comparison were made between the HPLC fingerprints of rat serum samples obtained after orally taking Alpinia officinarum Hance and control rat serum samples, and further Separated and purificated from the original herbs, Enrichment component, and structural identification. Results : A prototype component was absorbed into the blood, that was been identified as galangin. Conclusion: Galangin was possible the bioactive constituents of Alpinia officinarum Hance.
