摘  要:目的探讨高甘油三酯及非诺贝特对老年雌性大鼠骨密度的影响。方法老年雌性大鼠30只随机分为3组:果糖组、非诺贝特组和普饲组,果糖组在普通饲料的基础上加入果糖,非诺贝特组在果糖的基础上加入非诺贝特。12周后取血处死,测血甘油三酯水平,留右侧股骨和第3~6腰椎测骨密度。结果果糖组的甘油三酯水平高于非诺贝特组和普饲组(P均<0.01);后两组间的甘油三酯水平无统计学差异。果糖组的腰椎和股骨的骨密度均低于非诺贝特组和普饲组(P均<0.01);后两组两个部位的骨密度均无统计学差异。结论高甘油三酯可以引起老年雌性大鼠骨质疏松,使用非诺贝特可以防治此类骨质疏松。Objective To explore the effects of hypertriglyceridemia and fenofibrate treatment on bone mineral density (BMD). Methods Elderly female fats were divided into 3 groups, fructose group, fenofibrate group, and ordinary group according to their diet. All rats were sacrificed after 12 weeks. Blood triglyceride and BMD of the right femur and the lumbar vertebra 3-6 were measured. Results Triglyceride level was higher in fructose group than in fenofibrate group and ordinary group (P 〈 0.01 ). BMD of both sites in fructose group were lower than that in fenofibrate group and ordinary group ( P 〈 0. O1 ). There was no difference of BMD between the later two groups. Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia causes osteoporosis in elderly female fats and fenofibrate can prevent hypertriglyceridemia-induced osteoporosis.
