摘 要:就业问题关乎社会的稳定和发展,解决就业问题是社会健康可持续发展的关键.宁夏回族自治区在西部大开发战略的指导下,社会经济有了飞速地发展,但同时也面临着严重的就业问题.在对宁夏就业概况进行分析的基础上,总结就业的问题和特点,并通过结构偏离度和就业弹性综合探究了就业结构和产业结构间的协调关系,对于宁夏以及各地级市解决就业问题具有指导意义.结果表明,宁夏劳动力资源和就业人数均逐年增加,但失业人数也呈波动性升高;女性就业人数主要集中于教育、制造业、公共管理和社会组织等行业中;宁夏第一产业劳动效率低,应迁出部分劳动力,但第二、第三产业较高的劳动效率具有进一步吸引劳动力的空间,这对解决宁夏就业问题具有重要的作用.Employment is related to social stability and development,to solve the employment problem is the key to healthy and sustainable development of society.Following the guidance of the western development strategy,the social economy in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has developed rapidly,but also facing serious employment problems.Therefore,based on the analysis of the employment profile in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the problems and characteristics of employment are summarized.Besides this,the harmonious relations between the employment structure and industrial structure are explored through index of structure deviation degree and employment flexibility to give a guide to solve the employment problem.The results show that labor resources and employment are increasing year by year,but the number of unemployed increased volatility;female employment is mainly concentrated in three sectors such as education,manufacturing,public administration and social organizations;primary industry labor with low efficiency should move out part of the labor force,but the secondary and tertiary industries with higher labor efficiency has further space to attract labor and have an important role to solve the employment problem in Ningxia.
