摘 要:目的 了解边防野战部队新兵心理健康状况与应对方式及社会支持度的相关性,为有针对性地做好新兵心理卫生工作提供依据.方法 将256名边防某野战部队新兵设为A组,抽取同期同部队2年兵157名设为B组.采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况,社会支持评定量表评定社会支持度,应对方式问卷评定应对方式,对调查结果进行相关分析.结果 A组症状自评量表总分及躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执因子分均显著高于B组(P<0.05或0.01);社会支持评定量表总分及各维度分均显著低于B组(P<0.05或0.01);应对方式问卷自责、幻想、退避、合理化维度分均显著低于B组(P<0.05或0.01).A组新兵症状自评量表总分与支持利用度、自责、幻想和合理化因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01);与年龄、文化程度、工作经历和独生子女呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01).Logistic回归分析显示影响A组新兵心理健康的因素为幻想和支持利用度.结论 边防野战部队新兵心理健康水平与同期同部队2年兵存在差异性,此与其社会支持度和应对方式存在一定关系;部队积极开展有针对性的心理健康教育和心理干预,对维护新兵的心理健康,增强部队的战斗力具有重要意义.Objective To investigate the mental health status, coping style and social support in recruits of frontier field army in order to provide basis for developing purposeful mental health work. Methods 256 recruits of frontier field army were assigned to group A and 157 second-year soldiers of the same army selected contemporaneously to group 13. Mental health status was assessed with the Symptom Checklis-90 (SCL-90), social support with the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and coping style with the Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ), and investigation results were correlatively analyzed. Results The total, somatization, interpersonal relation, depression, anxiety and paranoia score significantly higher (P〈0.05 or 0.01), the total and each dimension of the SSRS lower (P〈0.05 or 0.01) and self-blame, fantasy, with- drawal and rationalization of the CSQ (P〈0.05 or 0.01) in group A than ]3; the total score of the SCL-90 was significantly positively related to support availability, self-blame, fantasy and rationalization (P〈0.05 or 0.01) and negatively to age, educational level, work experience and only-child (P〈0.05 or 0.01) in group A. Logistic regression analysis showed that factors influencing recruits' mental health were fantasy and support availability. Conclusion The mental health status of the recruits of frontier field army are dif- ferent from that of contemporaneous second-year soldiers of the same army, which has certain relations with the social support and coping style; active purposeful mental health education and mental intervention have important significance for maintaining recruits' mental health and reinforcing army's combat effectiveness.
