摘　　要：2011年中国电力规划设计协会质量研究委员会组织有关委员完成了"九项技术管理制度修订的研究"课题,本文对课题的研究过程、获得的成果和结论、修订工作的几个思考进行了综述,旨在促进电力勘测设计单位充分利用本课题的研究成果,提高勘测设计工作的效果、效率和效益。In 2011,Quality Research Committee of China Electric Power Planning Engineering Association organized relative members and completed the research on＂Amending the Nine Regulations on Technological Management.＂This thesis comprehensively elaborates the research process,achievements,conclusions and some thoughts on amending work,aiming to drive electric power survey and engineering enterprises to make full use of the research achievements and enhance the effect,efficiency and benefit of survey and engineering work.
