摘 要:随着国家对大气污染物排放控制要求的提高,新的火电厂大气污染物排放标准(GB13223-2011)于2012年1月1日正式实施。新排放标准对烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化排放控制要求都有了很大的提高。为了满足新的排放标准以及解决现已投运电厂普遍存在石膏雨问题,迫切需要与之配套的系统和设备来解决出现的新问题。湿式静电除尘器应用对减少吸收塔后烟尘、石膏雨和SO3等的排放,满足新标准要求多了一种选择。本文通过分析认为对大型燃煤机组吸收塔后面安装湿式电除尘器在技术上是可行的,湿式静电除尘器对石膏液滴、酸雾、有毒重金属以及PM10,尤其是PM2.5的微细粉尘有良好的脱除效果,但初投资和运行维护费用有所增加。With the stricter air pollutants emission limits in china,the new emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants(GB13223-2011) was issued.The new standard was implemented formally on January 1,2012,and the emission limits for dust,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide was more stringent.In order to meet the new emission standard and to resolve the problem of gypsum rain widely existing in thermal power plant,an appropriate system and equipment will be necessary and urgent.The wet electrostatic precipitator will be an option to meet the new emission standard,and which use will reduce the emissions of dust,gypsum rain and SO3 significantly. Based on the study and analysis in this paper,it is considered feasible to install wet electrostatic precipitator behind the absorption tower for the large-scale coal-fired power plants.Wet electrostatic precipitator can efficiently remove the gypsum droplets,mist,toxic heavy metals as well as PM10 dust,especially for PM2.5 dust,but with larger first cost and overall cost of operation and maintenance.
