摘　　要：将远程视频监控技术集成到农产品质量安全追溯体系的建设中,能够对数据采集过程进行有效监督,保证追溯数据的准确性和真实性,提高追溯系统的信息质量。分析了远程视频监控系统对农产品质量安全追溯能力的提升作用,从集成方式、关键技术等方面进行详细阐述,介绍了其在东莞市生猪质量安全追溯系统中的应用。Integrating remote video monitoring technology into the agricultural product quality traceability system can carry out effective supvision on the process of data collection, ensure traceability data accuracy and authenticity, and improve the information quality of traceability system. In this paper, after the analysis of the effect of integrating remote video monitoring technology into the agricultural product quality traceability system, the key techniques were described from several aspects of integrating method, key technology and finally the application in Dongguan pig quality traceability system was introduced.
