摘　　要：针对新疆的农村信息化应用实际情况制定的标准。该标准旨在建立适用于新疆涉农应用系统信息体系,并规范定义各业务领域的数据元,为新疆农业信息化建设提供重要指导,最大限度地实现信息优化管理和资源共享,帮助使用者方便、快捷、规范地建立应用。According to the actual situation of rural informatization in Xinjiang, this standard was aimed at establishing the applicable agricultural information system in Xinjiang and standard definition of businesses of data, which provided important guidance for Xinjiang agricultural informatization construction and maximally realized optimized management and information resources sharing and could helpful for convenient, quick, standard application.
