摘　　要：构建现代农业科技传播推广体系,应当高度重视其要素关系处理、功能作用发挥和体制机制创新,建立灵活多样的传播推广机制,探索多元高效的传播推广模式。the construction of modern agricultural science and technology promotion system should pay great attention on the handling of the relationship between elements, function playing and system mechanism innovation, and build flexible promotion mechanism, and multivariate efficient dissemination promotional model is explored.
