摘　　要：傅斯年以"书生何以报国"的爱国激情,忧心如焚地撰写了《东北史纲》第一卷,从历史事实上还击日本学者的"满蒙非中国领土"说,为李顿调查团的调查提供历史依据,具有政治和学术双重价值。但因为属于急就章,文中内容有易被人指摘之处,出于与日本学界争胜之念,郑鹤声和缪凤林等人对傅斯年的《东北史纲》提出了批评。Fu Sinian finished Votume One of Manchuria in History with his great love for our country, by saying, ＂What should I do in return for what I＇ ve got from my country？＂ This book fought back with historical facts against the Japanese statement that the two peoples Man and Meng did not belong to China and offered historical evidence for the research by Li Dun＇ s investigating mission, having dual value in both politics and academics. However, written in a hurry, many parts of this book were criticized. For the sake of surpassing the Japanese academics, Zheng Hesheng and Miao Fenglin put forward some critical opinions.
