摘　　要：马克思主义政党建党学说一个重要的基本概念就是执政理念,它是政党获得执政权、拥有合法性的重要前提条件。党的十六大以来,中国共产党以科学发展观为指导,恪守执政为民的宗旨,遵循合规律性合目的性统一,实现社会和谐、全面发展,破除认识误区作为执政理念的建构原则,在实践中体现了鲜明的时代化、科学化、人本化的特色。Principle of governing, one of basic concept of Marxist Party-building theory, is the primary precondition for a party to acquire rein with legality. Since 16^th Congress of CPC, CPC has been taking Scientific Development View as the guide, and following the principle of assuming power for the people. And since then, CPC has been engaged in building a harmonious society,ensuring social all-round development, and breaking away from wrong cognition. During the course of practice,it shows the feature of modernization, scientization and humanity.
