2007-2010年会宁县学校结核病患病情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解分析我县学生活动性肺结核就诊情况和登记情况,以便采取有针对性的措施加强学校结核病控制工作,降低患病率,保障教师和学生身体健康。方法整理汇总2007—2010年结防门诊登记本、肺结核病人登记本和学生病案记录,并进行系统分析。结果 4年中学生就诊3204人,占门诊总就诊量的39.99%,登记治疗学生活动性肺结核1013例,占总病例的33.59%,登记教师患者占总病例的0.73%。其中学生新涂阳190例,占新涂阳患者的20.90%,男女性别比为1.33:1;患者以15～24岁年龄段居多,占92.69%;患者登记分类以初治涂阴为主,占78.97%;病灶类型以继发性肺结核为主,占79.86%。通过采取综合措施,学生患者比例呈逐年缓慢下降趋势。结论学校环境特殊,人群密集,我县学生中活动性肺结核患病率高、传染性强的问题比较突出。必须采取有针对性的综合措施,对师生中的肺结核患者做到早发现、早报告、早诊断、早隔离和早治疗,从而保障学生和教职员工的身体健康,维护正常的教学秩序和生活秩序。OBJECIVE In order to take specific measures to strengthen TB control work in schools, reducing the prevalence of, and protect the health of teachers and students. We analyze the situation of student activities in our county TB clinic and registration. METHODS Using the summary 2007--2010 with anti-outpatient registration, tuberculosis patient registration and student records of medical records, we have systematic analysis. RESULTS There are 3 204 middle school students who visit it during four years. It is 39.99% of total outpatient clinic. The number of students enroll in treating active tuberculosis is 1 013 cases. It is 33.59% of total patients, registered teachers of total cases in patients with is 0.73%. Which the new smear of 190 cases of students, the proportion of new patients with smear 20.9%; 1.33：1 sex ratio at birth for men and women, mostly in 15-24-aged patients with 92.69%, registration category mainly for smear negative in patients with 78.97%, type of lesion secondary to tuberculosis accounted for 79.86%, through the adoption of comprehensive measures to students ratio in patients with slow decline year by year. CONCLUSION The school environment is special and crowded, my county students has the high incidence of active tuberculosis and infectious strong issue. Targeted integrated measures must be taken to treat teachers and students in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment, early diagnosis, we should protect the health of students and teachers, meanwhile we should maintain normal order of teaching and living.
