摘　　要：为指导我国小宗粮油产业的健康、迅速发展进行了大量的市场调研,分析了我国小宗粮油产业发展中存在的生产技术水平落后,科研投入力度相对较少,加工业发展滞后,缺乏科学引导,未形成科学的产业化体系等问题,并提出政府要高度重视小宗粮油产业的发展,加大科技投入提高科技创新能力,搭建信息服务平台,推进网络建设,加快小宗粮油作物种植基地建设以及加快扶持农民专业合作社和龙头企业发展等相应的解决对策。To guide healthy and rapid development of small grain and oil industry,extensive market research was conducted.It analyzed the existing problems of China’s small grain and oil industry development,such as backward production technology level,relative little invest of scientific and research,lag of industry development and sufficient scientific guidance.At the same time,it put forward the corresponding countermeasures,they were the government should pay high attention on small grain and oil industry development,should increase sci-tech input,improve innovation ability,should build information service flat,propel network construction,should speed up small grain and oil planting base construction and should support the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives and bibcock enterprise development,etc.
