摘　　要：通过对重庆、深圳、广州等地高新技术企业的中高层管理人员进行访谈、问卷调查等方式,利用结构方程模型,从实证的角度,以吸收能力为中介变量,研究风险投资的介入对高新技术企业技术创新效应的影响。研究结论显示风险投资的介入会增强高新技术企业对知识的静态和动态吸收能力,进而影响高新技术企业的技术创新效应,增加企业技术创新绩效,降低技术创新风险。In this essay ,it studies the effect of venture capital to technology innovation effects based on absorptive ca- pacity,which is demonstrated by the questionnaire and investigation survey to the mid and top level managers respectively in Chongqing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou pacity firms＇ The results show that venture capital significantly affects static and dynamic absorptive ca- ,which then significantly affect technology innovation performance and risk; venture capital can improve High -tech technology innovation performance, also it can decrease technology innovation risk.
