散结止痛汤灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨散结止痛汤灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法　将 1 36例子宫内膜异位症患者分成 2组。观察组 1 0 0例采用自制中药散结止痛汤灌肠 ;对照组 36例口服普维拉片。观察 2组的疗效、复发率、副作用。结果　观察组痊愈率 42 .0 %、总有效率 94.0 % ,与对照组 2 2 .0 %、80 .6%比较明显提高 ( P <0 .0 5)。观察组复发率 ( 4 .44% )与对照组 ( 2 1 .43% )比较明显降低 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　散结止痛汤灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效好、复发率低、副作用小、方法简单易行 ,病人易于接受 ,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effect of Sanjie Zhitong decoction enema on endometriosis.Methods One hundred and thirtysix patients with endometriosis were classified into two groups,100 cases of treated group were administered with Sanjie Zhitong decoction enema,and 36 cases of control group were given oral medroxyprogesterone.Results The cure rate (42.0%) and total efficiency rate(94%) in treated group increased significantly as compared with those in control group (22.0%,80.6%) (P<0.05). The recurrence rate (4.44%) decreased markedly in treated group as compared with that in control group (21.43%) (P<0.01).Conclusions The Sanjie Zhitong decoction enema can be applied easily and effectively to treating endometriosis.
