益肾开窍冲剂治疗神经性耳聋、耳鸣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察益肾开窍冲剂治疗神经性耳聋耳鸣的疗效。方法　治疗组 31 2例采用益肾开窍冲剂治疗 ,对照组 31例采用通窍耳聋丸 ,均治疗 2个疗程观察疗效。结果　总有效率治疗组80 % ,对照组 2 0 % ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　益肾开窍冲剂治疗神经性耳聋、耳鸣疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the effect of Yishen Kaiqiao instant granule on nervous deafness and tinnitus. Methods Three hundred and fourtythree patients with nervous deafness or/and tinnitus, were divided into two groups, in treatment group(n=312) Yishen Kaiqiao instant granule 30 g were taken twice a day,and in control group(n=31) a Tongqiao Erlong pill was taken twice a day ,with the therapeutic course of 4 weeks in both groups. Results The total efficiency rate (80%) was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(20%)(P<0.01). Conclusions Yishen Kaiqiao instant granule is effective for nervous deafness and tinnitus.
