摘  要:目的探讨特勤人员健康行为与抑郁状况和生活质量的相关性。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对471例特勤人员进行问卷调查。结果分析结果显示特勤人员在吸烟、饮酒、兴趣爱好和主动获取保健知识方面各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在抑郁状况和生活质量的关系方面兴趣爱好、主动获取保健知识、体育锻炼和生活规律在抑郁总分和生活质量总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。线性回归分析结果表明兴趣爱好和体育锻炼对特勤人员的抑郁状况和生活质量均产生显著影响(P<0.05),同时主动获取保健知识对特勤人员生活质量也产生显著影响。结论特勤人员健康行为可显著影响其抑郁状况和生活质量,应加强特勤人员不良生活行为的矫正和健康管理以减少抑郁症状发生率,提高其生活质量。Objective To discuss the correlation between the special-duty staff health behavior and depression and quality of life. Methds Random cluster sampling was adopted to conduct questionnaire survey to 471 special-duty staff.Results Analysis results showed that the differences between different age groups in smoking, alcohol drinking, interests and hobbies, spontaneous health care knowledge acquisi- tion were of statistic signiflcance(P,〈0.05).When analyzing its relation with depression and quality of life, the differences of interests and hobbies, spontaneous health" care knowledge acquisition, physical exercise and daily routine between the total points of depression and the total points of quality of life were of statistic signiflcance(P〈0.05).Linear regression analysis results showed interests and hobbies and physical exercise could make significant influence on depression status and quality of life among special-duty staff(P〈 0.05).Meanwhile, spontaneous health care knowledge acquisition also made obvious influence on the quality of life among special-duty staff.Conclusion The special-duty staff health behavior can significantly influence the depression status and the quality of life, so the correction of the unhealthy behavior and health management among the special-duty staff should be reinforced so as to reduce depression incidence and to improve their quality of life.
