摘　　要：ω-芋螺毒素是自海洋腹足纲软体动物芋螺中得到的一类具有生物活性的肽类毒素,具有高亲和力、高度专一性的特点。它能特异性地阻断电压敏感型Ca2+通道,在离子通道亚型鉴定、神经疾病治疗方面发挥重要作用,已成为神经生物学、分子生物学、多肽化学、药物药理学等领域的研究热点。现对其基本组成进行简要介绍,并综述其药代动力学研究进展及合成方法两方面的研究情况,同时对当前ω-芋螺毒素研究中存在的问题及发展趋势进行探讨。ω-conotoxin is a bioactive peptide toxin derived from the ocean gastropoda mollusc conus, which shares the characteristics of high affinity binding and high specificity.It can specially block the voltage-sensitive calcium channel and plays an important role in ion channel subtype evaluation and neurologic disease treatment.It has been a popular study in neurobiology,molecular biology,polypeptide chemistry,and pharmacology.This paper briefly introduces the basic components ofto-conotoxin and summarizes the research progress in pharmacokinetics and synthetic methods, and probes into the existing problems and developing trends in current study of ω-conotoxin.
