摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备载体,浸渍后得到用于氧化羰基化法合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)的负载型催化剂Pd-Co/铜钴锰氧化物。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对催化剂进行表征,结果表明催化剂颗粒平均大小在40-50nm之间,纳米级颗粒对反应很有利;催化剂中稳定晶相CO2MnO4产生晶格缺陷,形成正电中心氧空位,促进气相氧的吸附,从而加速整个催化循环过程,有利于活性成分的再生,使得催化活性提高。最后通过合成实验,DPC收率可达38%左右。A Pd-Co/Cu-Co-Mn composite oxide catalyst for synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) by oxidative carbonylation of phenol was prepared by impregnating the Cu-Co-Mn composite oxide support prepared by sol-gel method. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, TEM and XPS. The results showed that the average size of the particles was in the range of 40 nm to 50 nm, which was very favorable to the reaction. The main crystal phase in catalyst was Co2MnO4, in which the oxygen atoms losed electrons and formed oxygen vacancies. The increase of oxygen vacancies destroyed the crystal integrity and prompted the oxygen adsorption on the crystal surface. This accelerated the oxygen gas transition to crystal oxygen and promoted the regeneration of catalyst, therefore, the catalytic activity was also improved. Synthesis of DPC over the catalyst was performed, and the yield could reach 38%.
