摘  要:上海石洞口煤气制气有限公司利用烃重整生产城市煤气,以脱碳后的变换气为氢源对原料进行加氢脱硫。对直接使用未经脱碳的变换气代替脱碳变换气作为加氢脱硫氢源进行了实验研究和技术经济分析,表明取消脱碳系统直接用变换气作加氢脱硫氢源是可行的。Shanghai Shidongkou Gas Making Company produced city gas by steam reforming of hydrocarbons, and it used the decarburized shifted gas as a hydrogen source for hydrodesulfurization of the feedstock. Using shifted gas instead of decarburized shifted gas directly as a hydrogen source for hydrodesulfurization was studied experimentally, and a technical and economic analysis was also conducted. It was concluded that canceling the decarbonization system and using shifted gas directly as hydrogen source for hydrodesulfurization could be feasible.
