摘 要:在DMO加氢制乙二醇过程中,Cu/SiO2催化剂出现了失活现象,通过采用低温氮气吸附、XRD、TEM、XRF及EDS表征对失活前后催化剂进行表征,发现催化剂失活是由于硫中毒。Cu/SiO2催化剂对硫很敏感,容易硫中毒,且其耐硫性比甲醇合成Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂差。加氢Cu/SiO2催化剂硫中毒失活是一个快速的过程,含微量硫的原料反应90 h后,乙二醇收率降至5.67%。In hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate (DMO) to ethylene glycol (EG) over Cu/SiO2, catalyst deactivation was observed. The fresh and deactivated catalyst samples were characterized by N2-physisorption, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence, and it was concluded that catalyst deactivation was due to sulfur poisoning. Cu/SiO2 catalysts employed in hydrogenation of DMO to EG were very sensitive to sulfur, and sulfur tolerances of them were lower than methanol synthesis catalysts (Cu/ZnO/Al2O3). Sulfur poisoning was rapid, and trace amounts of sulfur in feedstock could reduce EG yield to only 5.67% in 90 hours.
