穴位注射治疗小儿脑性瘫痪对骨密度影响的观察

摘　　要：观察37例患儿治疗前后骨密度的变化,结果,治疗后32例均有不同程度上升,占865%。BMC从治疗前的0141±0054上升到0193±0078,BMC/BW从治疗前的0195±0084上升到0284±0094,P<0001。说明中医的肾与脑的关系密切,补肾能起到益智和促进生长发育的作用。Changes of bone density were investigated before and after treatment by acupoint injection in 37 cases of child cerebral palsy.The results showed that the bone desity after treatment was risen to varing degrees in 32 cases,accounting for 86 5%.BMC increased from 0 141±0 054 before treatment to 0 193±0 078 after treatment;BMC/BW elevated from 0 195±0 084 before treatment to 0 284±0 094, P <0 001.It is indicated that the kidney in TCM is closely related to the brain,and tonifying the kidney can supplement intelligence and promote growth and development. Key Words Cerebral Palsy/acupoint ther,Hydro acupuncture,Bone Density/acup effnd intubating conditions of two drugs were no significant.CONCLUSION:The results suggest rocuronium have no effects on onset and duration of vecuronium.The model of recuronium vecuronium conbination is feasible.
