摘 要:目的 观察心脏CPB手术中病人动脉血中一氧化碳 (CO)的变化。方法 选择瓣膜置换术病人 10例 ,于切皮前、CPB30min、心脏转律前、停机前、停机 2 0min、术后 4h、术后 2 4h、抽取动脉血样 ,采用紫外可见分光光度计检测血浆中CO的水平。结果 CO浓度在CPB开始后明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,停机前、停机后 2 0min及术后 4hCO浓度均高于切皮前 (P <0 0 1)。且停机前血浆CO浓度与主动脉钳闭时间呈明显正相关 (r =0 75 4,P <0 0 5 )。结论 心脏CPB手术病人血中CO浓度明显升高 。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures Methods Arterial blood samples were obtained via the radial artery catheter ,before incision, CPB30min, before cardioversion,before weaning from CPB, 20 min after weaning from CPB,4h,24h after surgery, respectively, to measure the plasma CO concentration with ultraviolet spectrophotometry Results Plasm CO concentration increased significantly after the commencement of CPB(P<0 01)and was kept at the higher level than baseline at weaning from bypass,20min after CPB, and 4h after surgery (P<0 01) The plasma CO concentration at weaning from CPB was correlated positively with aortic cross clamp time (r=0 754, p<0 05) Conclusions The plasma concentration of CO increases in the patients following cardiopulmonary bypass ,the degree of which is related with the duration of aortic cross clamp
