摘　　要：分析了进行调度录音系统建设的需求，探讨了对软交换系统进行IP软件抓取语音包及通过网络对录音记录进行调听的方法。提出了调度录音系统实施方案，为软交换系统实现录音的建设提供参考。The paper analyzed the requirement of the dispatch telephone recording system construction and discussed the method to grasp the voice packet using the IP software in soft - switch system and the method to monitoring the telephone recording through network. The paper presents the implementation scheme of the dispatch telephone recording system which is the reference of the recording construction in soft- switch system.
