摘　　要：加强医疗工作的病案书写质量培训，提高医务人员病案书写水平，强化病案管理制度，成立专门的病案质量监控组。It is necessary to strengthen the medical record writing quality and training in medical work, to elevate the medical record writing quality of the medical staff, to strengthen the medical record management system and to construct special medical record quality monitoring team.
