摘　　要：法治文化建设具有一定的时代价值。法治文化建设是一项十分复杂的社会系统工程,涉及各个层面,需要遵循其固有规律积极稳步地加以推进。The cultural construction of the rule of law has time value. It is a complex social system project, involving all aspects of social life . We need follow its inherent rules and put it forward in a positive and steady manner.
