摘  要:研究了极群装配压力和加酸量两个设计因素对起动用小型阀控式铅酸蓄电池(简称阀控式铅酸蓄电池)循环寿命的影响。实验结果表明:当极群装配压力在35~70 kPa且加酸量在9 mL/Ah时循环寿命最好,可超过400次。并且蓄电池初期容量和低温高倍率放电性能也较好。The article studied the influence of two design factors, i.e. assembling pressure of plates and volume of filled electrolyte, on the cycle lives of the starting valve-regulated lead-acid batteries (hereafter called as VRLA batteries). The experiment results showed that the lives of VRLA batteries could reach 400 cycles when the assembling pressure of plates reached 35 - 70 kPa and the volume of filled electrolyte reached 9 mL/Ah. And the initial capacity and lower temperature discharging performance of VRLA batteries are better than those under other conditions.
