摘　　要：艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)不仅有利于早发现、早诊断和早治疗,还可以为服务对象提供心理支持,改变危险行为,作为艾滋病预防和关怀项目的重要内容和切入点,因此受到重视。自2004年凭祥市实行免费艾滋病咨询检测服务以来,目前市级医疗卫生单位中已建立了3个免费VCT服务点,但是存在利用率低下,高危人群覆盖面不足,医疗机构开展较少,各个VCT点的工作开展极不平衡等问题,另外,社区卫生服务中心、乡镇卫生院未能主动开展VCT服务工作,导致VCT拓展的局限性。影响VCT服务开展和利用的因素包括服务质量、服务可及性、服务对象的认知水平及社会和家庭的支持等。为推进VCT服务的开展,应进一步完善和健全VCT门诊的规范化管理机制,同时做好督导和评估工作,强化咨询员的能力培养和培训,充分利用各种方式、多种途径和多种渠道广泛宣传相关知识,消除社会歧视,营造社会支持环境。HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing （VCT） not only contributes treatment early, but also provides participants with mental value as an initiative part of HIV prevention and care. It health -provide organizations on county level in to detection, risk behavior. diagnosis and It has a high has been conducted since 2004 and covers all of Pingxiang. Three VCT stations have been built at whole city, however, several problems are still there, such as low utilization, limited coverage of risk population, less service in the hospitals and lack of balance between stations. Besides, the development is limited by community health centers and county hospitals that lack of initiative in VCT. Factors impacting services providing and utilization include quality and accessibility of service, participants＇ awareness and support from community and family. It is suggested that VCT clinics management should be improved further and supervision, evaluation, training consultant also should be strengthened. Related knowledge should be propagandized in kind of ways for removing the stigma and building social support.
