摘　　要：在体育竞赛中,合理的身体冲撞导致他人人身和财产的损害在法律上不必承担法律责任。而竞赛中的一些恶意伤人行为导致了受害人严重的人身损害和财产损失,则要受到惩罚。竞赛中恶意伤人行为的出现,既有运动员文化修养低的自身原因,也有经济利益驱动、法律惩罚不足等外部原因。对竞赛中恶意伤人行为的规制具有重要意义,从行政责任、民事责任和刑事责任等方面综合规制体育竞赛中恶意伤人行为,引导良好的体育风尚和达到预期的社会效果。In sports competition, reasonable body collision is inevitable. The personal and property damage caused by reasonable collision in law are not liable. However, malicious wounding may cause serious personal injury and property loss of the victims. The emergence of malicious wounding in some competitions comes not only from person- al reasons, but also from economic benefits and insufficient legal punishment. It is important to regulate malicious wounding from aspects of administrative responsibility, civil liability and criminal liability.
