摘　　要：本文阐述了植物茎尖超低温技术脱除病原体的原理,介绍了各种常用方法的技术要点,回顾了该技术成功脱除病原体的历史,总结了该技术独特的优势,并分析了该项技术在植物检疫和种质资源保存中应用的潜力和前景。The mechanism and the methods of elimination of pathogen by cryotherapy ~ff shoot tips were described in the paper. The history of successful eradication of pathogen by cryotherapy of shoot tips was recited. The ad- vantages of this technique compared with traditional methods were reviewed. Last but not least, the potentiality of the technique was prospected in plant quarantine and germplasm conservation.
