摘　　要：新疆地震台网中心速报卡信息提取软件根据大震应急快速反应的相关要求,结合震情值班室工作实际,提取正式速报卡信息内容,提高了大震应急短信的发布速度。The software is to extract the content earthquake emergency, seismic regime guards ＇ of extracting the information from official rapid report card of Xinjiang seismic network of official rapid report card in order to improve the speed of sending short messages for according to the relevant criterion of earthquake emergency and the working reality of room. The function of software is simpler, but it is very practical in the work of earth-quake emergency.
