摘  要:目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸和金属蛋白酶9在糖尿病肾病的发病中的可能作用。方法:测定46名2型糖尿病患者和20名健康人MMP9、Hcy及相关临床生化指标,并对各因素进行相关分析。结果:2型糖尿病肾病组血清中MMP9和Hcy浓度显著高于单纯2型糖尿病组和对照组;Hcy水平与年龄正相关;MMP9与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、血压和Hcy呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈负相关。结论:血清中的MMP9和Hcy浓度的检测对2型糖尿病肾病的发生、发展有重要的临床意义。Objective :To investigate the expression of homocysteine and Matrix Metalloproteinase9 in diabetic nephropathy. Methods: The serum MMP9 and Hcy was determined in 46 typ 2 diabetes (22 type 2 diabetes without complication,24 diabetic nephropathy) and 20 healthy controls,the clinical and biochemical data were analyse. Results: The serum MMP9 and Hcy in diabetic nephropathy was higher than that in type 2 diabetes without complications and healthy controls;Hcy was correlated positively with age; MMP9 was correlated positively with LDL, CHO,TG,blood prcssure,Hcy and correlated negatively with HDL Conclusion : MMP9 and Hcy may play an important role in the development and progression in diabetic nephropathy.
