摘　　要：目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折的有效治疗方法。方法:对31例SchatzkerⅠ～Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折,在C型臂X线机下,采用撬拨复位加有限切开植骨固定治疗,进行回顾分析总结。结果:经术后14～24个月随访,31例无一例发生伤口感染、骨折再移位、关节面塌陷、力线改变、及关节粘连、损伤性骨关节炎等并发症。根据Hohl膝关节功能评分方法评定疗效,本组优22例,良7例,可3例,优良率为93.5%。结论:撬拨复位加有限切开植骨固定,适用于SchatzkerⅠ～Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折,手术微创,固定可靠,简便易行,并发症少,是理想的治疗方法之一。Objective ： To study an effective method of treatment tibial plateau fractures. Methods： Thirty one cases of Schatzker Ⅰ～Ⅲ type tibial plateau fracture under the guidance of C-arm fluoroscopy combination percutaneous reduction by leverage and bone graft fixed treatment were reviewed retrospectively. Results： All cases were followed up, The followed-up lasted 14-24 months. There was no complications such as infection, collapse of articular facet, joint conglutination, traumatic arthritis and so on,According to the H oh functional scoring, the rusults were excellent in 22 cases,good in 7 cases and fair in 3 cases,The excellent and good rate of clinical result was 93.5%. Conclusion ： Combination percutaneous reduction by leverage and bone graft fixation was a ideal treatment for tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker Ⅰ～Ⅲ type. It has many advantages such as little inju ry,reliable fixation simple operation and fewer complications.
