摘  要:加强产销衔接是加快建设高效、畅通、安全、有序的鲜活农产品流通体系的重点。从农产品生产与销售分工的视角,运用间接定价理论模型,对农村经纪人、农民专业合作社和农业龙头企业这三类与农户衔接的农产品销售主体的产生原因进行了统一的理论解释。结果表明,多样化农产品销售主体的出现,是在农产品生产与销售分工的状态下,各市场主体比较了产品市场和不同类型劳动市场(生产劳动与销售劳动)的交易效率后,选择不同的剩余权利赖以实现的最优分工组织形式的结果。Strengthening the link between produce and market is the key for the construction of an efficient, safe, orderly circulation system of fresh agricultural products. In this paper, the model of indirect pricing theory is used to give a unified interpretation of current diversified subjects of sales operation in China' agriculture in view of the division of agricultural production and the sale of agricultural products. The emergence of sales subjects such as agents, cooperatives and enterprises is the result of various market subjects who, under the circumstances of the division of agricultural production and sale, make comparison between intermediate products, final products and the transaction efficiency of various types of labor, and choose the optimal organization to realize various residual rights.
