结构调整效应、传导机制与产业结构升级——基于海峡西岸经济区的实证

摘　　要：经济发展是时代主题,研究经济发展就必须研究产业结构的问题,产业结构调整效应即通过有效的传导机制推动产业结构升级,进而促进经济增长。长期以来,有关产业结构调整的问题是国内外研究的热点问题。产业结构调整与产业结构升级是产业结构合理化和高度化的关键,构建顺畅的传导机制,保证产业结构调整效应的充分发挥,是产业结构升级的重要前提和基础。通过对海峡西岸经济区的主体福建省的产业结构现状、产业结构调整效应、传导机制进行简要分析,剖析了福建省在产业结构调整效应传导方面存在的障碍,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。Economic development is the theme of current epoch. To get a further research on economic development we have to study the problems of industrial structure. The adjustment effect of industrial structure can lead to the upgrade of industrial structure with effective conduct mechanism which can promote economic development. It has been a long time since the problem of adjustment of industrial structure became a hot topic in national or international academic organizations. The key point of rationalization and sophistication of indus- trial structure is its adjustment and upgrading. Constructing a smooth conduct mechanism and ensuring the full working of adjustment effect of industrial structure are the premise and basis. In this text, we will give an a- nalysis on the current status, effect of adjustment industrial structure and conduct mechanism. After that we will give some explanation about the clogs existing in the conduct aspect of adjustment effect of industrial structure in Fujian Province and then give some corresponding advices on such basis.
