保元汤加味方治疗缓慢性心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保元汤加味方治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,两组在治疗原发病的基础上,治疗组加用保元汤加味方治疗,对照组加用心宝丸治疗。对两组治疗前后心电图及临床症状进行对照观察。结果心电图改善情况,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;中医症状改善情况,治疗组亦优于对照组。结论保元汤加味方能有效改善缓慢性心律失常患者的临床症状及心电图表现。Objective： To detect the effect of Modified Baoyuan Decoction on slow arrhythmia.Methods： 96 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group with 48 patients in each group.On the basis of primary disease treatment,the Modified Baoyuan Decoction was used in the treatment group and the Xinbao Pill was given in the control group.The ECG and the clinical symptoms were compared in 2 groups.Results： In the ECG,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.1% and the that of the control group was 47.9%.There were some statistical differences between 2 groups in the improvements such as the ECG and the TCM symptoms.Conclusion： The clinical symptom and the ECG could be improved by the Modified Baoyuan Decoction in the slow arrhythmia.
