穴位注射配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射伊痛舒注射液配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组50例,给予穴位注射伊痛舒注射液配合功能锻炼;对照组30例,给予内服大活络胶囊(每次服4粒,每日服3次)配合功能锻炼。治疗20 d后观察疗效。结果两组治疗后肩关节症状、体征积分都显著降低;与对照组相比,治疗组症状、体征积分降低更具统计学意义;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论穴位注射伊痛舒注射液配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Yitongshu Injection combined with functional exercise for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with Yitongshu Injection and functional exercise and the control group with Dahuoluo Capsules and functional exercise.After treatment for 20 days,these clinical effects in 2 groups were observed and compared.Results： In 2 groups,symptoms and signs scores were significantly reduced after treatment.The effective rate in the treatment group was remarkably better than that in the control group.Conclusion： The effect of Yitongshu Injection with point combined with functional exercise is obvious for scapulohumeral periarthritis.
