应用逐步回归分析评价中医药量化积分对慢性肾脏病2～3期患者的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨影响慢性肾脏病进程的临床因素、早期诊断和治疗疗效的手段。方法设计横断面研究的设计方案,通过检测患者肾功能及尿蛋白漏出情况等多种临床相关因素并将结果应用多元统计进行分析。结果在全面分析临床因素基础上制定的评价肾功能状况的回归方程,证实尿蛋白排泄量（随机尿的尿蛋白/肌酐比值）、平均动脉血压水平、中医证候积分、α1-微球蛋白、β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇蛋白、转铁蛋白等指标与肾功能之间有显著的负相关,具有重要的临床意义。结论通过研究获得确切的多元回归方程及影响慢性肾脏病2~3期患者病情的主要临床因素。Objective： To study the effect of the process of chronic kidney disease clinical factors,early diagnosis and treatment effect means.Methods： The cross-sectional study was designed to detect the related factors which were analyzed by the way of multivariate statistical analysis.Results： The regression equation showed that there were negative correlation between the kidney function and these indices such as the urinary protein excretion,the average blood pressue and son on.Conclusion： Through the research,there are the exact multiple regression equations and the main clinical factors which influences the chronic kidney disease of 2~3 period of patients.
